Hi! I'm Mrs. Jackson! I am simply thrilled and honored to bring my experiences, knowledge, and education to Mary B. Austin. I am from Mobile. My husband and I have been married for 28 years and we have been blessed immensely with five beautiful children. I enjoy decorating, cooking, and spending time with my family.

I have a Bachelors of Science degree in HR Business Management, and a dual Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education.

I am a teachable teacher; always ready to learn and find new, creative ways to reach my students. I have a great passion for education and I embody compassion, empathy, and respect for what every individual brings to the learning experience. I believe that all students are capable of learning and my goal as a teacher is to help my students develop into powerful critical thinkers and problem solvers. I want my students to know that learning is a gateway to help them explore every aspect of their life, which can lead them anywhere they want to go.
